Simon Adams and VideoJug demonstrate how to make a Bolero cocktail. A cocktail not unlike the dance - strong, determined and spicy, this is not for the weak-of-heart! Firstly, fill the mixing glass with ice cubes. Add the anejo rum, sweet vermouth and apple brandy and using a bar spoon or stirrer, stir thoroughly. Place a strainer over the top of the mixing glass and pour the cocktail into the highball glass.
