Learn trapunto for quilting

In quilting, trapunto is creating raised images or sections of fabric on the surface of the quilt with batting. Learn about applique trapunto in the first part of this two part tutorial.

Watching both part one and part two of this video was a real learning adventure. I feel more confident to try trapunto, now. I loved her relax way of teaching, and would love to see more quilting videos by Patsy Thompson.

I like this video, the first time I watched it Part I and II were together. I find myself hunting for part II. Utube has a lot of other type material around the quilting videos. Smut peddlers. Patsy you rock. Thank you for the free tips.

after watching again, i realize that i am learning and really appreciate the close-ups, the clarity, and the time you took to make this. some of the others were not anywhere near as helpful as your work. thank you i am ready to try a applique medallion trapunto or not. i was confused on applique. thanks a million.
