Learn the diacritics and half-consonants of Hindi

This is the fifth part of my video series on learning Hindi-focusing on writing and reading. This sub-part (a) has the consonants of Hindi getting combined with the vowels, using diacritics, and with other consonants, using "half-consonants" in its writing system (devanagari script). It is concluded in part 5 (b).
