Learn the basics of finger tapping

This lesson is on the basics of guitar tapping, or what is more correctly called right hand legatos. Set up your amp with distortion and let’s get started. If you’ve ever done a hammer on and a pull off with your left hand, you are already familiar with the technique required for tapping the guitar. I like to use my middle finger on my right hand for tapping so I can continue to hold on to my pick as usual. Some folks like to use their index finger but this requires moving your pick into your hand and may slow you down. This guy ROCKS!
