How to layer paint with collage and stencils

This instructional video demonstrates how to paint, collage and stencil using a layering technique. Experiment with as many layers as you want. Make sure each layer is completely dry before beginning the next layer.
Make sure u apply the paint in order - Acrylic, spray paint, Acrylic or Spray paint, acrylic, spray paint. The reason the technique works is because spray paint and acrylic resist each other giving you the ability to sand them back easily.
