If you are planning on purchasing a home you are going to want to know about the seller and how anxious are they to sell the property. It is key to know their anxious level because it can be a huge tool during negotiations. If the seller has already moved into a new house then they want to sell this home as soon as possible, but if the seller has just inherited the house from a family member who passed away, then they are not going to be as anxious to sell it.
