This is very good for long distance knife throwing. This tutorial is by
Vincent Moore, Ph.D. of the Association of College Martial Arts Programs. He's a novice knife thrower, but shows the professional technique of overhand throws that do not involve spinning the knive. This is a classic circus or carnival attraction.
