How to install and USe Cinelerra in Ubuntu Linux

This is What you guys asked for. A video editor just as good (or better) than Windows Movie Maker for Ubuntu Linux.
Cinelerra Is currently not in the repositories, but with the development of Ubuntu Studio, I assume these are one of the included packages being considered.

So I show in this video, how to find it on the web in a .deb package install, then add the repository to Synaptic Package Manager, then demo in this video, which I did in Cinelerra.

Make sure to also have all the gstreamer codecs in order to process files into different video formats.
