finally! someone who actually did a ceiling fan installation correctly :) though not a licensed electrician, being a building inspector makes his advice the best i've heard all night (early morning!).. i simply cannot believe how many UNqualified people this site has giving instructions for electrical installations of any kind... hire a licensed electrician!
