How to insert section breaks in Microsoft Word

This video demonstrates how to use page breaks and section breaks in a Word project. These can be accessed in the Insert tab in the tool bar. Placing a continuous break will automatically insert a break from that point on in the document. After you have inserted a section break, you will be able to change the formatting of a single section as opposed to changing the formatting of an entire document.
