Improve hand and arm strength for proper cat fighting

Improve hand and arm strength for proper cat fighting

You don't have to look like a flailing Lindsay Lohan when you grab someone by the hair, especially with the hands of Chuck Norris on PCP. See the Kung Fu Grip and the Legitimate Cat-Fight Maneuver. Don't let that other girl kick your ass and screw up your perm.

I don't Catfight in any way, shape, or form, but these excercises are awesome nonetheless.
I do Parkour, and the finger pushup really helps improve your grip. Which is pretty damn useful when you're hanging from gutters and flagpoles and fences and #$%@.
