How to hide Keynote in OS X without revealing lecture notes

Have you ever been in the middle of a Keynote presentation with a prospective client or business partner and you wanted to jump out to open a Safari window or open an application? Well, there's an eloquent way to do it that won't reveal your slides or presenter notes: simply press H while Keynote is playing.
