Harvest beetroot

Tom Cole shows how to properly harvest beetroot. Using a garden fork, Tom harvests the beetroot in the summer one at a time. Ideally, they should be golf ball size or bigger. Leave the beatroots on the soil for twenty minutes to dry. Watch video for best results.
