Handle the Henry Survival rifle safely

Handle the Henry Survival rifle safely

Check out this instructional weapon video to learn about the safety and the charging handle. This is a Henry Repeating Arms U.S. Survival 22LR (similar to the Armalite and later Charter Arms AR-7). Henry does not appear to offer a manual online, nor do they have pictorial instructions on their rifle's use; in fact, the written manual may be incomplete. I was having a horrible time figuring out how to use the safety (which I alleviated by reading the manual) but worse was the painful use of the charging 'handle'. Then I discovered the charging handle pushed in and pulled out. Provided is a tutorial video demonstrating my solution that is convenient for beginners.
