Howto:
Buy an apple in the foodstore.
Setup Cheat Engine: http://tinyurl.com/d5f6zo
Tick HEX and the value is: "840FFF85C12A0FF2" (remove the "")
In Cheat Engine 5.5 goto the second adress - disassemble it - change ECX to -FF6D7011
OK
Buy another apple.
In Cheat Engine 5.5 goto second adress - disassemble it - change ECX to negative value
OK
Go back to your house
Save & Done

I've also noticed that you can choose the amount of PAW points that you want to be added.
The thing you've todo is:
Open the calculator - view - scientific
Now lets say you want to add 999 PAW points:
Enter 999 into the calculator (make sure that you're in DEC (decimal notation))
Now choose for HEX (hexadecimal notation) - you'll get 3E7
Now the tricky part: the second time that you must edit the ECX value you'll use -3E7 instead of only placing a - in front of that value that ECX will allready have.

Why is this working?

It's a coding bug, an overflow. 4294967295 is FFFFFFFF = highest number possible with 32bit
