You need Mozilla Firefox, Greasemonkey, and this script.

This script also enables the games built-in cheating functionality. That's right, there's some cheating code leftover in the game by PopCap, so this script simply enables it. It basically allows you to edit the game board. To use it, hold down these keys and click on a gem to to edit it:

Shift+Click = turn gem into a Power Gem
Ctrl+Click = turn gem into a Score Multiplier Gem
Alt+Click = turn gem into a Hyper Gem
1..7+Click = turn gem into a gem of the respective color
