Ingredients
1/2 pound carne asada
2 shakes of garlic salt
1 large flour tortilla
1 cup monterey jack cheese
3 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon soybean oil
Garnish with radish and lime
Directions
Get a large cast iron skillet hot and add oil
Sear the meat off for one minute on each side, seasoning both sides with a shake of garlic salt
Remove meat from pan, place on cutting board and chop up in small pieces
Put the meat back in the pan get crispy about another 2 minutes, then remove and set aside
Lay tortilla in pan and layer with cheese, onion, cilantro and meat
Fold tortilla in half and cook for about 2 minutes on each side
Garnish with cut radish, lime wedges and serve
