Grill breakfast chilaquiles

Ingredients

2 large handfuls of tortilla chips

2 cups monterey jack cheese

1/4 cup onion diced small

1/4 cup cilantro diced small

6 tablespoons of spicy Mis Padres Chili de Arbul Salsa

2 eggs


Directions

Get a large cast iron skillet hot

Add tortillas, half the cheese, onion, cilantro, all the salsa and saute

In a seperate pan scramble eggs

Add eggs to the chips, mix everything together and serve on a plate

Garnish with remaining cheese, onion and cilantro
