Learn how to grab the cocking ring on a Mosin-Nagant rifle. Mosis Nagant are bolt-action rifles that were used by the military of the Soviet Union and Russia. The Mosin-Nagant rifle is also called the three-line rifle.

Pulling pack the decocking ring on a Mosin-Nagant M38, M44 or 91/30 is the same process. In this video, the M44 is being demonstrated. There are a few techniques that you could use to hold the cocking ring on the gun and pull it back. The key is to try and not pinch your finger, even though it seems impossible. You could always add a modification to the weapon if necessary.
