Instructions on Unilateral Below-the-Knee Amputee - Getting Up from the Floor:

1. Get on hands and knees.
2. Bring prosthesis forward so prosthetic foot is flat on the floor.
3. Bring sound leg forward so foot is flat on floor with hands on the floor.
4. Push up with hands and rise up to a standing position using strength of both legs.
