We all have had those mornings waking up wanting to shoot ourselves after a night of drinking. One reason is why a hang over is terrible is when your friends remind me of your drunken highlights from the night before. But what is worse, is the horrible physical side effects. Try aspirin, then have greasy food with a side of gatorade, relax, and then undertake a little exercise. Take a long hot shower when you return to relax your body. Next, take a long nap. When you wake up, have a big cup of coffee.
