Walk on it and roll against the wall at an angle towards the window and the ledge in front of it. Walk on the ledge until you get to the corner of it, aim and throw a grenade a the wall and make sure you bounce it off the wall. Look at an angle so when you guy falls backwards that he falls into or onto the ledge of the plant. Your guy should jump up and be standing on the railing of the edge or be standing on the small barrier of the plant. Then all you need to do is walk over the railing and your free to walk around.
