Get out of an agreement with a realtor

Get out of an agreement with a realtor

If your home has been on the market and the realtor isn't really doing any work to try to sell your home, you are going to want to get rid of the realtor, but are probably worried about the contract. The good news? The contract that you signed is with the brokerage company – not the individual agent. You should make an appointment with the managing broker of the firm to discuss the agent's work. Watch this video tutorial and learn how to get out of an agreement with a realtor.
