Here are some trick for freezing stock. Portion the stock into pre-measured containers for use later. One of the best tricks is to freeze the stock in large resealable bags. Place the bag in a jar. Pour the stock into the bag and squeeze the air out, flattening the bag. These are called stock flat packs & save lots of space in your freezer! Just remember to label your stock flat packs so you know what's what later.
