The fourth step of our video series on how to hit a forehand is the follow through. Extend out in the direction you are hitting the tennis ball and then turn your forearm and wrist over like you are trying to check the time on a watch. Bring the tennis racket across your body in a smooth and relaxed motion to complete your follow through.
