Fix overlapping UVs with UV Shading in Maya 8.5

When building models in Maya, you don't want the UVs of your object to overlap. Overlapping uvs causes problems when texturing, animating and creating normal maps for the model. In this Maya lesson we will learn how to use Shaded UVs to find and fix overlapping UVs. Shaded UVs is a feature of Maya 8 and higher. By shading the uvs of an object, you can easily see how to fix the surface appropriately.
