First buy a cheap rc buggy, then a cheap wireless camera and receiver off ebay. Then buy a usb TV box and plug it into your laptop. Connect receiver to tv box. Tape camera to car. Switch everything on and drive! My other camera has packed up and I can't see anything through the viewfinder or screen. That's why the filming is so bad.
