He is right, First of all breathing is very important, I practice myself the 5-jong postures and neikung every morning that i can to gather the Qi energy. It is true to feel the spiral energy around your body, i feel it like a light cold bliss arise when i start the practice, and when i don't i often feel the spiriling energy around and gathering like energy balls in my hand. I try not to touch anyone when i'm angry because i feel a sudden burst of this energy trying to come out to defend me, so it's really dangerous to be angry, and when you feel good, you are sorrounded attracting everyone as if you were the light in total darkness

Thank you for the reminder! Yes, I have felt the spiral, and learned intuitively from that the symbiosis of the energy centers of the well known chakras and lesser known centers along the extremities many years ago. Feeling the Chi spiral allows any pair of centers to become an axis of rotation which is powerful and yet precise. It nourishes mindfulness in movement.
However, (agree with comment above), in our world spirits attract their opposites and sometimes attempt to throw each other out of balance. The challenge becomes to maintain peace and love within, when moments of negligence allow dark influences to infect the spirit. I am referring to people and events when I say this.
A good practice of meditation needs to be able to maintain or restore itself in times of trouble. At its best, it shelters itself by helping to to shelter what it is surrounded with, and teaching one's surrounding influences to shelter themselves thus.
