How to find collectibles 'Cog Tags' in Act V Gears of War2

This is a walkthrough of the COG Tag collectibles achievement for Act V in Gears of War 2 (gow2).

#37: Cog Recon Report
Act V Chapter 2:
On a balcony by an ammo box while you're fighting with the Cogs.

#38: Cog Tag
Act V Chapter 2:
After defending against the reavers, on another balcony similar to #37.

#39: Jacinto Sentinel Newspaper
Act V Chapter 3:
Area outside with a bunch of damaged cars, turn right around the fence.

#40: Cog Tag
Act V Chapter 3 / 4:
After a checkpoint, go through the rubble and turn around, it's in a doorway.

#41: Stranded's Journal
Act V Chapter 4:
After the room you're in falls down, climb through the window, it's in the corner.
