Field strip and reassemble the SIG Sauer P228 pistol

Check out this weapon video on how to field strip and reassemble the SIG Sauer P228 pistol. The SIG Sauer P228 is a full-sized 9mm handgun used in most military intelligence operations, and with an endless supply of 9mm ammo, there's no question why it is a choice in special operations, for training and missions.

Disassembling the SIG Sauer firearm is as easy as any other gun, starting with clearing the weapon. Release the magazine and check the barrel for ammunition. Next, take off the slide assembly, which leaves the frame field stripped as much as needed. Then, take out the recoil guide, recoil spring and barrel to complete the field strip. Now, put it back together.
