Chris Cooke demonstrates how you can exercise your back using a weight machine. You can do the following: lat pull down, close grip pull down, and high pulley seated row. It is suggested that you do 10 repetitions of each exercise. This video requires a high pulley fixed weight machine, a long bar, and a closed grip bar.
