Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body workout with kettlebell and dumbbell catches. To perform this exercise, stand with feet wide apart while holding one kettlebell or dumbbell in one hand. Squat down lowering the kettlebell or dumbbell between your legs. As you rise up from the squat, pull the kettlebell or dumbbell up the center of your body. Then release it, catching it with your other hand as you lower into a squat. Switch arms with each repetition.
