One of the dangling carrots that Timeshare companies often use to get people to consider purchasing a timeshare is to offer heavily discounted or even free hotel rooms, theme park tickets, dinners, and other goodies in exchange for spending a few hours listening to their sales pitch. If you take the bait, don't go in with a closed mind thinking there is no way you will be purchasing a timeshare. If you go in with an open mind, you might actually learn something and realize timeshares are right for you.
