Engage targets with the El Presidente rifle drill

Check out this video tutorial from Viking Tactics on how to engage targets with a rifle using the El Presidente drill.

The El Prez has been shot with pistol for years. Here, we simply replace the pistol with the rifle. Conducted from 10 yards, the drill requires 12x rounds (6 in each mag) and 3x targets (I typically use IPSC targets). A Pro Timer is obviously a big help here as well.

We concentrate on quickly getting the gun on target, acquiring a good sight picture for every shot (which means continually driving the gun back to the center of the target), and executing a quick, fluid slide lock reload. This is a great "next step up" from the 2x2x2 drill.
