Enable custom themes in Windows 7 RC

One of the many great features in Windows is the ability to customize it in so many ways. Windows 7, the newest operating system developed by Microsoft, makes it possible to install custom themes onto your computer. Check out this video for a tutorial on how to allow your computer the ability to install custom themes, and then how to install them. Once this has been done, you'll be able to make your own themes or download them offline and install them onto your Windows 7 computer!
