Draw the human figure: a technique for dynamic posture

When changing a figure's posture on the page often the first thing I work with is repositioning the position of the hips and chest-barrel in relation to each other. Do not underestimate the benefits of this technique. Greater feeling of 3d, natural posture, motion, are some of the effects of tweaking the chest-barrel out of alignment with the hips and vice-versa.
