How to draw a skull with a Wacom Tablet in Photoshop

Jeff Finley of Go Media shows you one of his techniques for illustrating skulls. He uses a Wacom Tablet in Photoshop. Since he is using a Wacom tablet and pen, the tutorial is more about seeing how to draw the skull from an image, rather than what exact tools are used in Photoshop, since everything is done with the pen. This is more of a digital drawing techniques tutorial than a technical tutorial.
