To perform this exercise, have your medicine ball at your chest while holding it shot put style with your hands underneath. Stand in front of a wall or sturdy tree. Then squat down and explosively rise, shooting the ball up high onto the wall. Catch it shot put style at your chest as you sink into a squat and repeat.
