Do the two handed backhand in tennis

Watch these six videos to learn how to do a great two handed backhand. The first step of the backhand is to pivot and turn your shoulders. Not only does this first step get your body sideways, but it is also how you start to take your racket back. The shoulder turn, and not your arms, is what starts the racket take-back. The second step of the backhand is to take your racket back, now with your arms as well as your shoulder turn. After you've taken your racket back, you need to step forward toward the ball. The forward step allows you to effectively transfer your body weight into your shot. Having completed your preparation, the 4th step of the backhand is to swing forward to your contact point. To do this, you need to simultaneously push off your back foot and get your heel up, rotate your body back toward to the net and swing forward with your arms. The follow through completes the backhand motion. From your contact point, extend out in the direction you are hitting and then wrap the racket around your shoulder.
