Do the toprock move for breakdancing

This is an animated dance tutorial for the toprock dance move, used for breakdancing. Use the controls to pause, slow down and follow along with detailed step by step text instructions that match up with each movement. This instructional dance video is incredibly in depth and a great breakdance guide.

The Toprock:

This is the most basic step of breakdancing. (similar to the capoeira ginga) Most dances starts with the Toprock and then go into more difficult moves. The Toprock is also used to warm up and make space on dance-floor.
