This is the first time your legs don't touch the vaulting table. But the feet are still not kicked up over head. The purpose of this exercise is getting used to the pressure on the hands and moving the entire body over the table without letting the legs touch. This technique is often used by free runners. In free running this is called cat jump or cat vault.
