Do the over the shoulder to pivot to chop exercise

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do the over the shoulder to pivot to chop for a full body workout. To perform this exercise, squat down with the medicine ball on the ground between your feet. Then grab ball and hoist it up over one shoulder, raising it to overhead while stepping directly back behind you on one foot and pivoting 180 degrees on the other foot. You will now be facing the opposite direction, feet staggered with the ball over your head or slightly above one shoulder. Move the medicine ball in a chopping motion down the center of your body, stopping it sharply at waist level. Powerfully hoist it back up overhead, pivot back, squaring up your feet, squat down to touch the ball to the ground, and repeat. Work one a side to ten to twenty reps, then the other.
