The L-Kick
This is one of the most popular capoeira techniques. You should be able to do at least a 10 second handstand before you try this.

Technical description: Breakdance & Capoeira- L-Kick

* Place your hand close to your foot.
* Don't swing up to hard at the beginning. Get higher Step by Step.
* When you are in FREEZE (stop or turn back) position, grab your straight leg or let the free-arm point straight up. The other leg is bent.
* Snap back fast, so that you actually land higher than you started, or jump directly into the toprock.

Trainer advice: Breakdance & Capoeira - L-Kick

* Warm up your shoulders.
* Dont try this if you cannot hold a handstand for at least 10 seconds.
