Do the impossible sit up prank

This is another version of the classic gym class prank. Get your friend to try to do a sit-up with a towel holding them down. Get a gullible friend, then release the towel sending them face first into someone's bare butt. Use this as inspiration for one of your April Fools Day pranks!
