How to do the full motion in one-handed backhand progressions

The fifth step of the one-handed backhand progressions is to hit using the entire motion. Starting in the ready position, pivot and turn your shoulders. Take the racket back to the top of the loop -- the position we worked on in step number four. Doing so will add a small loop to your backswing. From here, if you use the mechanics we've taught in the previous videos you'll hit a fundamentally sound one-handed backhand. Enjoy!
