Do the 2 Up Back Attack basketball drill

Learn about ball handling and how to do the 2 Up Back Attack basketball drill. This technique takes practice. This is a great drill to work on going from creating space, reading the defence and attacking with the dribble. The defender is "guided" and will either play to one side or in the straight up on the dribbler with either foot high. The dribble will crab dribble two times forward and then pop back to a square position. As the dribbler goes back he/she must read the defender and attack appropriately. If a side is open go or a foot is up attack the top foot. Learn how to improve your game with this basketball drill instructional video. Basketball drills are essential tools for a coach hoping to improve his team.
