Take a look at this instructional video anld learn how to do squatted bodyweight rows for a full body workout. To perform this exercise, squat way down in front a pole, railing, bench or other stable, secured object that is at shoulder level when you are in a low squat. Grab the pole and rock your weight back on your heels. Using the muscles of your arms, pull your chest forward without help from your legs. You can do this double or single-handed.
