Do No-Gi grappling moves

Do No-Gi grappling moves

There are two forms of grappling that dictate the style and pace of movements and techniques, that is with gi or with “no-gi”. In this video series, our expert martial arts sensei will demonstrate no-gi grappling moves, which emphasize body control of the torso and head, as opposed to emphasizing grips. He will demonstrate step-by-step instructions for several moves, including the fireman carry, hip toss, inner leg throw, and the rear naked choke hold. Whether you are looking to compete in wrestling or judo, or simply want to improve your self-defense moves, our expert will prepare you for your next battle with this video instructional series.
