Do muscle ups in parkour

Starts with your hand placement on the wall edge. Get your palms on top. You need the right leverage to push you up. Torso and mid area should be tense.

Parkour and Free Run movements are often a combination of fundamental movements combined to create 'runs' and sequences.
The 3RUN Parkour and Freerunning tutorials are performed by world leading professional Parkour and Freerun athletes, with years of experience, and therefore recommend the use of safe environments to aid learning, particularly in the early phases.
