Do horizontal band pulls for a heavy workout

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to workout your abs, core, and upper body with horizontal band pulls. To perform this exericse, anchor the band at shoulder level and hold both ends together in both hands. Turn to the side and step away from the anchor until your arms are straight and there is mild tension on the band. Keeping your arms straight and parallel to the ground, twist at the torso and pull the band across to the other side of your body. Then slowly return it. Work one side then the other.
